I'm sorry - this recipe looked great in print, but was not great in the mouth(I made them exactly as shown). My children wouldn't touch them after the first sample(some the first bite), and I don't blame them. The texture was weird and the taste bland. I even tried doctoring them, and it did no good. Thanks for sharing, but we won't be trying these again.

I'm sorry, but these just didn't do it for me. It was really dense and flavorless. I'm sad that I wasted my peanut butter:(

I took the suggestions of other reviewers and made this with an individually packaged cup of cinnamon applesauce and put in some mini chocolate chips. As such they are delicious. One of my friends was looking for cookie dough to munch on and I ended up giving him one of these "cookies" and he kept coming back for more. They're really good and so easy--thanks!

Not exactly like a cookie...but still fairly tasty. I added a few tablespoonfulls of mini chocolate chips to mine...i think they're a welcome addition. Great for when you need a high energy snack. Thanks for sharing!

I think that I'm the only person I know that would like these. They're not sweet enough, but they're great to pop in my mouth right before I run into my dance classes. And they actually sustain my hunger for at least 2 hours. Not bad!

These are so easy to make and very tasty. I used an individual serving of cinnamon appelsauce. I chose not to flatten them and left them in the ball shape. I rolled each ball in a cinnamon/sugar mixture. These are great high protein snack. I have them in the fridge for after workout snacking. These would be awesome dipped in chocolate. May try that next time.
