  1. I'm sorry - this recipe looked great in print, but was not great in the mouth(I made them exactly as shown). My children wouldn't touch them after the first sample(some the first bite), and I don't blame them. The texture was weird and the taste bland. I even tried doctoring them, and it did no good. Thanks for sharing, but we won't be trying these again.

  2. I'm sorry, but these just didn't do it for me. It was really dense and flavorless. I'm sad that I wasted my peanut butter:(

  3. I took the suggestions of other reviewers and made this with an individually packaged cup of cinnamon applesauce and put in some mini chocolate chips. As such they are delicious. One of my friends was looking for cookie dough to munch on and I ended up giving him one of these "cookies" and he kept coming back for more. They're really good and so easy--thanks!

  4. Not exactly like a cookie...but still fairly tasty. I added a few tablespoonfulls of mini chocolate chips to mine...i think they're a welcome addition. Great for when you need a high energy snack. Thanks for sharing!

  5. I think that I'm the only person I know that would like these. They're not sweet enough, but they're great to pop in my mouth right before I run into my dance classes. And they actually sustain my hunger for at least 2 hours. Not bad!

I've always been in love with Hawaii. I went on vacation there and have wanted to go back ever since and live there. Im a very healthy person, I work out everyday and try to eat whats best for my body.I enjoy being active; i bike, run, kayak, walk and do whatever I can to get my blood pumping! I'm currently a junior in college, majoring in Fine Arts. My hope is to become an Art Therapist. Currently I'm in a relationship with my boyfriend, Mark. He balances my crazy life with his calm ways. As far as baking and cooking, I've had a love for it since I was little. It runs in the family too, my great grandmother made the best cookies and homemade noodles and fried chicken. My grandmother makes the most amazing dinner rolls and my other gma makes wonderful gumbo. I enjoy baking the most; cookies and fresh baked breads are my faves to make. All in all I just enjoy being in the kitchen and making food that gets rave reviews.
