ingredients
- 59.14 ml canned diced pineapple tidbits, drained
- 59.14 ml canned mandarin orange segments, drained
- 59.14 ml seedless grapes, quartered
- 59.14 ml diced apple (I used red delicious)
- 118.29 ml Miracle Whip or 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 14.79 ml brown sugar substitute or 14.79 ml brown sugar
- 177.44-236.59 ml granola cereal (he used 2 roasted almond granola bars and crushed them inside the packages)
- 473.18 ml prepared plain chicken salad, from the deli
- croissant, to serve
- lettuce leaf, to serve
directions
- Combine all the drained fruits together with mayo and brown sugar Splenda in a mixing bowl.
- Add the prepared deli chicken salad and granola, stirring to combine.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Serve on large croissants with some lettuce.

This was great for a hot evening meal. Good stuff!<br/><br/>Made a few changes to keep it easy: <br/><br/>Used 1 can of Mandarin Oranges (15oz) and 1 can of Chunk Pineapple (20 oz). <br/>2 packages of fully cooked strips of breast meat chicken <br/>Skipped the sugar (it was sweet enough) <br/>1/2 Canola Mayo<br/>2 bars of Nature Valley Crunchy Oats and Honey crushed.
