      I am not giving a star rating because I used this and the reviews for inspiration rather than an actual recipe. This is what I ended up doing. Measurements are approximate since I didn't actually measure.<br/><br/>Heat 2 tsp. Oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add 5 cloves chopped garlic (about 2 TBS.). Stir until fragrant. Add two small onions, 1-1/2 c., medium dice, and cook until translucent. Stir in 1can each of cream of mushroom soup, creamed corn a w whole corn, undrained, and milk, 1/2 bag whole wheat rotini, 1/2 tsp. Rosemary, 14 tsp. Thyme, 1/2 tsp. Sage, and 1/4 tsp. Turmeric and enough water to cover pasta. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove lid and cook until desired consistency.<br/><br/>Next time, I will use mower onion to make it less starchy.

      I first used the Hamburger Budget stretch (Hamburger Budget Stretch) recipe, then I made this. It was good, it was cold by the time I ate it, but I just popped it in the microwave for a few seconds. I have a ton of leftovers. I think it would be good with carrots and peas as well. I ate it with beer biscuits and that really added a great touch!

      I took the advice of one of the reviews below and added some herbs and garlic and we thought this was really tasty. A simple recipe we will definately make again.

      This is a very basic, simple recipe. No excuses for your kids not being able to make you dinner anymore! We found it highly filling and certainly serves its stated purpose. For a more advanced version, I would highly recommend adding garlic, herbs and spices, fresh parsley, etc.

      This is a great meal when you are looking for quick, easy, and yummy! My kids love when I make this, and the hubby doesn't complain either!

      This was great. I did use 1 cup of egg noodles and I then stirred in a cup of cooked rice. Very quick and easy. Thanks for posting.
